We kindly ask the attendees to read and follow
the rules
for registering in the 36th World Hospital Congress.
1. The Congress Program is subject to occasional changes as
to the lecturers.
2. The registrations are limited according to the capacity of
the auditoriums where the events will take place.
3. Registrations are personal and non-transferable and must be
done through the online Registration Form.
4. The organizers shall not be held responsible for registrations
made after the dates established in the Registration Form.
5. Group registration – special price for groups of 10
participants, when the registration is made jointly and with only one payment
in the value of the 10 registrations.
a. In the registration form, check the category “Group
Registration” and inform name, Passport number and e-mail of all the 10
participants. After making the payment of the 10 registrations, all the participants
will fill in the online registration form using their own Passport number.
6. The period for early-bird registration finishes on October
20th, 2009. After this date, only registrations made directly in the Congress
Registration Desk in the venue – Windsor Barra Convention Center –
will be accepted. The registration will be subject to availability.
7. Material for the congress is guaranteed only for those participants
who confirm their registration until October 20th, 2009.
8. The Congress Secretary will confirm the registrations either
by letter or e-mail, only after receiving the Registration Form along with identified
payment.
9. Cancellations will be accepted only if requested by fax +55
21 2215.4476 or e-mail: ihfrio2009@ihfrio2009.com,
to the attention of Congress Secretary. The percentage of refund for payments
already done will depend on the date of cancellation:
4 Cancellation until July 31st, 2009 – 80%
refundable
4 Cancellation from August 1st to October 20th –
50% refundable
4 Cancellation after October 20th, 2009 – Non-refundable
All reimbursements will be done only after the end of the Congress.
10. The organizers shall not be held responsible for occasional
loss of badges. A new badge will only be furnished upon payment of a new registration.
11. Fulfilling and sending the Registration From implies the
attendee is aware of the above mentioned rules and expresses total accordance
with them.
