Schedule and general guidance
1. The scientific papers should be sent exclusively through
the website of the event.
2. They should be sent by August 30th, 2009.
No documents will be accepted after said deadline.
3. At least one of the authors of the paper must have been
registered for the Event before the deadline for sending the papers.
4. There is no limit for extracts per author.
5. The summary of the paper should be written in .doc format
(Microsoft Word), Arial type, size 10, justified text, simple space between lines,
no space between characters, up to 2,000 (two thousand) characters, not containing
images and free of password. The file should be attached to the paper registration
form, available in the site of the event. Papers sent by any other means (e-mail
or other via) will be refused.
6. The author should state his/her preference for the kind
of presentation (oral or poster). The Scientific Commission will give priority
to the kind of presentation chosen by the author, but may change it if necessary.
7. Messages informing the status of acceptance of the paper
will be sent by the e-mail address informed in the paper register.
8. The papers accepted and presented in the Congress will
be published in “Revista Mais Saúde”, CNS’s official
magazine.
9. The Scientific Commission of the event will select and
evaluate the papers to be presented, and may reject those which are not in accordance
with the rules of the Congress.
10. The remittance of the paper summary represents a definite
engagement of the author(s) to present the accepted paper during the Congress
and to allow its later publication.
Doubts will be elucidated by the Organizing Commission of the Event.
INFORMATION FOR POSTERS
Sizes: 120 cm (height) x 90 cm (width)
Material: made in canvas with a string to be hung in the exhibit venue.
The posters will the posted in venue, date and time informed by the Scientific
Commission of the Event.
CERTIFICATES
One certificate will be issued for each accepted and presented paper. The names
of authors and co-authors will be there included.
